Coz I was bored

flamelove . Those icons are pretty darn good.
Recently I've been considering setting up a food blog, about cooking vegetarian stuff in a pokey kitchen with one hot plate, a toaster oven, a microwave and a rice cooker, and the only work surface being my chopping board wedged over the sink. I might aim it at gaijin living in pokey Leopalace's. Or I might not do it at all.
The desk has been de-papered. Only one hour and I can take the dye off. My head is starting to ache from having my hair wrapped so tightly. Ouch.
BTW, "Dollhouse" was pretty good this week, i thought. Not quite up to Ep 6, but then Ep6 was a welcome dose of goodness after the dross of the first 5 Eps. I think I'm going to watch "True Blood" for 45 minutes.

This is just a trial run of course. I do like the twitching eyebrow on this one.
The hair is all dyed. I just need to leave it on for another 2 hours or so and I should have nice pre-Raph tresses. Next, I will attempt some sort of de-papering of the bureau, and the search for my missing polka dot skirt...

Mar. 20th, 2009 11:42 amI made a shiny icon. I screen-capped it, and then fiddled about in Photoshop with it, I love it was handsome men smash cars up.
Any comments, suggestions?

Icon Help Needed

hils as she is the icon wizard. Or anyone who can help.
I'm trying to upload a new icon but LJ tells me the file is too large. I've tried resizing it, decreasing the image quality, saving it in different file formats etc but LJ is having none of it. What am I doing wrong? It's an image I've manipulated quite alot, will this effect the file size?
I'm getting most irritated. Help!
