Adventures in the Looking Glass

I'm going to Nagoya today so I can get to the Immigration Bureau early tomorrow to renew my visa. However, I have been living in a panic this morning after checking the directions to the office and reading something on the Japanese immigration page about Nagoya not covering the Nagano area. This website is utterly inpenetrable when it comes to providing anything other than maps to the various offices. It certainly didn't say you can't renew your visa if you don't live in Nagoya... And then there's the irrational fear I've developed about being deported (this was also the case last weekend). The thought of being sent back to England is more than my tiny mind can cope with.

So I look forward to once again proving that my irrational fears are unfounded by posting here tomorrow night when I get back. Perhaps I should tidy my apartment, just in case.

I do, at least, get to spend my final afternoon in good company...
