Gid is in Notting Hill today shooting a videon for the first Hydrous EP. The video is being shot in an white room somewhere with the band looking swish and moody. The idea is that they're in the room playing about this lost love who happens to be watching them from outside the room via spy-holes. Much arguing ensued about who the "lost love" was going to be. Whilst they know plenty of girls, it seems none of them are "MTV material". For some reason I keep thinking of that weird wiry sqaure-faced chick in the Nickelback video. She looked like she had been viewed through the "bottom of every bottle". Is that MTV beauty?

Avril Lavingne's new vid was on TV while I was muching toast this morning. She was in a white room (huh) looking swish and moody (huh) and then she bashed her guitar against the wall and got sprayed with pink paint. Pink. Avril Lavinge. Bah. She puts me off my own stripey arm warmers.

Am eating wholemeal pitta bread with humous and salad. I'm feeling slightly sick. I wish chips were good for you...
