Somebody put a coldsore on my face

blacklillyTo cap off the events of yesterday, which I don't want to go into, I was on the train yesterday night and felt a throbbing sensation. By the time I got home there was a large blister under my bottom lip, and this morning it was a fucking ugly coldsore. Oddly, this happened almost this time last year. Since then I've been fine. It was also preceeded by stress, I note.
As a result I've been unable to concentrate on anything all day, so I watched Strictly Come Dancing on Youtube. What an excellent Salsa from Matt and Flavia - I thought the shimmying was very sexy. Then I watched 5 episodes of "Spaced", thanks to Rachel who brought it up from Nagoya. Then after dinner I watched "Pecker". I was going to watch "A Dirty Shame" again to cheer myself up, but I might save that for another night. Now I don't know what to do as I can't concentrate on anything. Sleep?
